- - Account: business name, contact details, and authorized Users (cashiers).
- - Receipt scan data: images you upload and AI-extracted fields (for example amount, reference, date/time, and identifiers where available).
- - Verification results: match status, provider used, timestamps, and related metadata.
- - Usage and device: logs, approximate location derived from network (if enabled), device/browser details, and performance metrics.
2) How we use information
- - Provide and operate receipt verification.
- - Maintain an audit trail for your organization.
- - Improve extraction accuracy and fraud detection.
- - Prevent abuse, detect suspicious activity, and secure accounts.
- - Provide customer support and communicate service updates.
3) How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Service:
- - Service providers: hosting, analytics, and infrastructure vendors under contract.
- - Connected providers: bank/wallet sources used to verify receipt information (where integrations exist).
- - Legal: if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- - Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
4) Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and support your audit history, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Your plan or organization settings may specify retention windows.
5) Your choices
- - Request export of your organization’s verification history.
- - Request deletion of data, subject to legal or operational constraints.
- - Manage Users (cashiers), roles, and access under your account.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the Service.
