Effective date: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TinaVerify (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who these Terms apply to
“You” means the business owner (or authorized representative) subscribing to TinaVerify. Your organization may invite cashiers or staff (“Users”) to use the Service under your account.
2) The Service
TinaVerify helps verify bank and mobile wallet receipts by scanning receipts, extracting key fields with AI, and comparing results with connected provider sources where available. Verification results may be “verified”, “suspicious”, or “pending”.
The Service provides decision support. You remain responsible for your business decisions, including whether to accept a payment.
3) Accounts, onboarding, and access control
- - You are responsible for managing Users, roles, and access.
- - Keep login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
- - You are responsible for actions taken by Users under your account.
4) Subscriptions and credits
TinaVerify is offered as a subscription with credit-based usage. Each receipt verification may consume credits (usage rules depend on your plan).
- - Credits: credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and may expire if your plan specifies an expiry.
- - Limits: plans may include monthly transaction limits or fair-use thresholds.
- - Billing: fees, taxes, and payment terms are set out at purchase or in your invoice/contract.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- - Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service.
- - Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe provider integrations in a way that violates laws or third-party terms.
- - Upload malicious content or interfere with system security.
- - Use the Service to violate privacy, consumer protection, or financial regulations applicable to you.
6) Data and feedback
You own your business data. You grant TinaVerify permission to process data you submit to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (including fraud prevention and quality improvements).
If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
7) Availability and changes
Provider availability can vary. Some verifications may be delayed or return “pending” due to network, provider, or maintenance conditions. We may update the Service from time to time.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. TinaVerify does not guarantee that every receipt will be verified correctly or that provider data will always be accessible.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinaVerify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
